Highlights: At Birdsboro, Marcus Martin ran for 179 yards and two touchdowns on 20 carries, and added a TD catch, as the Wildcats held off the Blazers in a non-league game at Brazinsky Stadium. Daniel Boone (1-1) cut it to 14-7 by opening the second half with a quick four-play, 76-yard scoring drive. The Blazers then drove the ball to the OJR 17 yard-line, but a personal foul and a sack killed the drive. Later, after recovering a Boone fumble in OJR territory, the Wildcats (2-0) got a 62-yard run by Martin to take command with 7:29 remaining.
