Highlights: Jose Lopez ran through the Wyomissing defense to lead Middletown to a 41-6 victory in a District 3 3A playoff semifinal.



Lopez piled up over 200 yards of offense and scored five touchdowns in a game that the Spartans never threatened the Blue Raiders. He scored the back-breaking touchdown on the very last play of the first half on a 51-yard screen pass to make the halftime score 21-0.



The Spartans were held to negative total yards deep into the fourth quarter and got their initial first down on the last play of the third quarter.



Wyomissing finishes its season at 9-3.
