Highlights: The Berks Catholic Saints were able to capitalize on three Hamburg turnovers to survive a valiant upset attempt, winning 9-0 in a Berks League Section 2 opener.



Abdul MacFoy returned to action for the Saints (1-0, 3-3), gaining 79 yards on 12 carries and scoring the game's only touchdown. Berks Catholic also got 69 tough yards and some great defensive plays from Chama Carwll in the winning effort.



Hamburg (0-1, 3-3) was paced by Shaheed Warren, who rushed for 62 yards after entering the game in the second half.
