Highlights: Reading easily handled McCaskey 37-13 at Shirk Stadium to move to 3-0. The program has not had a 3-0 start since the 2003 version of the Red Knights.

“It’s fantastic to get off to this kind of start,” Doyle said. “It’s not about the work that we have done, it’s about the work that we are trying to accomplish now and trying to build this culture.”

The Red Knights defense set the tone and never allowed the Red Tornadoes to be comfortable. McCaskey was held to -10 yards of offense in the first half and their lone first down was gained via personal foul penalty.
