Auman caught an 8-yard TD pass, ran 32 yards for a score and picked off a pass as the Spartans (2-0, 2-0) kept the Tigers' high-powered offense out of the end zone until the final minutes.

Zechman 12-yard TD passes to Evan Niedrowski and Darren Brunner.

Niedrowski rushed for 111 yards, 55 on a second-period TD run.

Tanner Maddocks completed 15-of-23 passes for 154 yards for the Tigers (0-2, 0-2) but was intercepted twice, once by Zechman.
