Highlights:
Kutztown came within minutes of its first football victory in four years before a late score gave visiting Bristol a 24-19 non-league victory Friday night.
The Cougars (0-3) were bidding to snap a 32-game losing streak but yielded a pair of TDs in the final six minutes.
They took a 19-12 lead on Lennon Neiman's TD run around right end with 10:05 remaining. Neiman finished with 180 rushing yards on 15 carries.
The Cougars clung to a 19-18 lead with 5:50 left after stopping a two-point conversion bid.
Kutztown saw a long kickoff return wiped out by a penalty with 4:45 remaining.
Neiman's first touchdown tied it 12-12 with 6:59 left in the third quarter.
Kutztown's Carson Sheetz took a pitch 9 yards around left end for a TD that tied it at 6-6 in the second quarter.
The Warriors earned their first win after losses to Academy of the New Church and the Pennington School of New Jersey.
