Highlights: A bye week and a rainy evening couldn't slow down Berks Catholic as the Saints routed Lampeter-Strasburg 35-14 in a District 3 Class 4A quarterfinal Friday night at Forino Sports Complex.



Second-seeded Berks Catholic (9-2), which was idle for last week's opening round, scored on its first three possessions. The No. 10 Pioneers (6-6) got both of their touchdowns in the fourth quarter against the Saints' backups.



Brandon George led the Saints with 161 yards and two scores on 12 carries, while Abdul MacFoy had 144 yards and a touchdown on eight attempts. Neither played in the second half.



Berks Catholic will play host to No. 3 Milton Hershey in next week's semifinals.
